The first meeting of the SSRS Parents' Committee was held on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at BSKI. There were about 20 parents in attendence.

Overall, the parents are very pleased with how the school year has started. Enrollment is up from last year.  Anita, Rabbis Miller and Fasman all were present at the meeting.

The Calendar

Everyone agreed that it is key that the school calendar be made redily available to the parents and that it be accurate. This has been done. There was also discussion about school closing for the High Holidays, Chanuckah, and Pesach.  School shuts down at these importnat times of the year because many of the staff members leave St. Louis at these times.
